Product Details
A-110 Silicone Gum (Heat Cure HCR, Shore A 10)
A-110 is a platinum-cure, high consistency rubber (HCR) silicone gum offering an ultra-soft Shore A 10 durometer, making it one of the softest materials in the HCR line. It provides excellent flexibility while maintaining the high physical properties and durability characteristic of HCR silicones.
Supplied in a gum form, this material allows technicians to sculpt, shape, and laminate directly into the silicone prior to cure. It is dimensionally stable with minimal shrinkage and bonds well to a variety of substrates, making it suitable for detailed fabrication and layered constructions.
With an extended working time of up to 6 hours (at ~65°F), A-110 allows ample time for processing and refinement. Final cure is achieved through heat, producing a soft, resilient elastomer.
