A-4200 Medical Grade RTV Silicone Adhesive Kit

A-4200 is a low-viscosity, one-part medical-grade RTV silicone adhesive from the Silbione (Elkem) line, designed for creating strong, flexible bonds to silicone, polyester, and other substrates.

This moisture-cure system vulcanizes at room temperature, forming a durable, elastic bond without the need for mixing. Its lower viscosity allows for easier flow and precise application, while still maintaining excellent bonding performance.

During cure, the adhesive releases a small amount of acetic acid vapor. Once fully cured, it becomes a medical-grade silicone elastomer with no solvents or plasticizers.
