A-RTV-3045 Silicone Elastomer (Shore A 45, 10:1 RTV)

A-RTV-3045 is a platinum-cure, two-part silicone elastomer with a Shore A 45 durometer, designed for applications requiring enhanced strength and durability while maintaining good flexibility. This 10:1 mix ratio system cures at room temperature to form a translucent, high-performance elastomer.

With its low viscosity, pourable consistency, A-RTV-3045 is easy to process and captures fine detail. It can also be modified with thixotropic agents to create a non-sag material when needed. The silicone bonds extremely well to acrylic and a variety of substrates, making it highly versatile.

A key feature of this system is its multi-crosslinker capability, allowing users to adjust the final durometer using a single base material.
