A-RTV-4020 Silicone Elastomer (Shore A 20, 10:1 RTV)
A-RTV-4020 is one of our highest-grade platinum-cure silicone elastomers, offering a combination of softness, strength, and superior performance. With a Shore A 20 durometer, this 10:1 mix ratio system cures at room temperature to form a translucent, durable elastomer.
The material features a low viscosity, pourable consistency, allowing for easy processing and excellent detail reproduction. It can also be modified with thixotropic agents to achieve a non-sag, non-slumping consistency when required.
A-RTV-4020 provides excellent adhesion to acrylic and a variety of substrates, making it a versatile choice for bonding, coating, and casting applications.
