A-RTV-4420 Silicone Elastomer (Shore A 20, 1:1 RTV)

A-RTV-4420 (Silbione RTV 4420 A&B) is a two-component, platinum-cure silicone elastomer designed for applications requiring flexibility, durability, and high stretch performance. This Shore A 20, 1:1 mix ratio system cures at room temperature to form a translucent, elastic material.

Supplied as low-viscosity liquid components, the material is easy to mix and process, offering excellent flow for casting and molding. Cure can be accelerated with heat, and polymerization occurs without exotherm, allowing for controlled and consistent results.
