A-RTV-4510 (Elkem RTV-4510) is a two-component, platinum-cure liquid silicone rubber designed for applications requiring extreme softness, high stretch, and comfort. With a Shore 00-10 durometer, this material produces an ultra-soft, flexible elastomer with a slight surface tack after cure.

This 1:1 mix ratio system features a low-viscosity, pourable consistency, making it easy to mix, process, and cast. It cures at room temperature in approximately 3 hours, with the option to accelerate cure using heat. Polymerization occurs without exotherm, ensuring controlled and consistent results.
