BT-401 Medical Silicone Adhesive (Original Formula – Thick)

BT-401 is the concentrated, high-viscosity version of our original B-400 medical silicone adhesive. This non-diluted formula provides a thicker consistency and stronger hold for prosthetic attachment while maintaining the same trusted formulation used for decades in silicone prosthetics.

As the full-strength version of B-400, BT-401 offers greater tack and control during application. The adhesive maintains reliable bonding even in the presence of moisture or perspiration and performs consistently across normal temperature variations.

Because BT-401 is silicone-based, prosthetics should be removed using a silicone-specific adhesive remover to safely release the bond and protect both the prosthesis and the patient’s skin.
