Shipping Overview

Factor II, Inc. ships via UPS and FedEx to addresses in the United States and internationally. Orders are processed Monday through Thursday during business hours. We do our best to ship same day for orders received before 2:00 PM Arizona time.

Domestic Shipping

  • Standard ground shipping typically delivers within 3–7 business days depending on destination.
  • Expedited shipping options (2-Day, Overnight) are available at checkout for eligible items.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

Your credit card is charged within 24 hours prior to shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Friday: Closed

Arizona does not observe Daylight Savings Time.

Holiday Closures

Factor II, Inc. is closed on all major holidays. When a holiday falls on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, we may also close the day before or after in observance. Please note that we often close for the year starting December 24th and may not reopen until the next business day after New Year’s — approximately 1–2 weeks. Orders do not ship during this period.

Hazardous Materials Shipping

Many of the silicones, catalysts, solvents, and adhesives we sell are regulated as hazardous materials (hazmat) under U.S. Department of Transportation regulations. Hazmat items are clearly identified on their product pages. These products:

  • Can only ship by ground — no air, expedited air, or international air services
  • Cannot ship to PO boxes — a physical street address is required
  • May require a signed compliance affidavit before shipment
  • Include a dangerous goods surcharge on the shipping cost

Available shipping methods display at checkout based on the products in your cart. If a product in your cart is hazmat-regulated, expedited and air options will automatically be removed.

Insurance

All packages are insured in case of loss or damage during transit. If your shipment arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours so we can work with the carrier on a claim.

International Shipping

We ship to many countries worldwide. During checkout, you will be asked for your shipping country — if your country appears in the dropdown, we can ship to you.

  • International transit times vary by destination (typically 5–21 business days).
  • Certain hazardous materials cannot be shipped internationally via air.
  • We accept major credit cards for international orders. International checks are not accepted.

Duties, taxes, and customs fees: International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs broker fees required by their country’s import laws, and for arranging a broker if necessary.

Refused shipments: Packages returned to Factor II, Inc. due to a customer’s failure to pay required duties and taxes will not be refunded and may result in that customer’s account being blocked for future orders.

Payment before shipment: International orders will not ship until payment is received and verified.
