The Technovent Auricular System combines the proven performance of magnetic retention with an integrated mechanical safety lock, providing secure retention for implant-retained auricular prostheses. Designed to minimize lateral displacement while maintaining ease of use, the system offers reliable daily retention without the complexity of traditional mechanical attachment methods.

In normal use, the prosthesis is retained primarily by the magnetic system, with the mechanical lock engaging only when additional security is required. The low-profile design helps reduce prosthesis bulk while allowing accurate, repeatable positioning through magnetic guidance.
