We want you to be satisfied with every order from Factor II, Inc. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the shipment date. Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition. We cannot accept returns on opened chemical products, custom orders, or items that show signs of use — unless they arrived defective.

Product Guarantee

Factor II, Inc. offers a six-month-from-the-date-of-shipment guarantee on our products; some restrictions apply. If a product fails to perform as expected within that window, contact us to discuss resolution.

How to Return an Item

  1. Returns & Return Authorization Policy

    Due to the nature of our products, all returns must be pre-approved prior to being sent back.

    To request a return, please contact us at sales@factor2.com with the following information:

    • Order number

    • Product name(s)

    • Reason for return

    If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

    Approved returns must:

    • Be unused and in original condition

    • Be returned in original unopened packaging 

    • Be shipped in accordance with any handling instructions provided

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

    We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, is missing parts, or contains the wrong product, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage or issue. We will resolve the problem promptly at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the credit to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item following the process above and place a new order for the replacement. This ensures the fastest processing time.

Hazardous Materials

Certain silicones, solvents, catalysts, and adhesives are regulated as hazardous materials and are subject to strict return-handling requirements. These items may be non-returnable or subject to restocking and hazardous-materials handling fees. Contact customer service before returning any hazardous material — do not ship hazmat back without authorization and instructions.

International Returns

International returns follow the same 30-day window. Return shipping, duties, and customs fees on international returns are the customer’s responsibility. Please contact us before shipping anything back.
