Hours of Operation
Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Arizona time)
Friday: Closed
Arizona does not observe Daylight Savings Time, so our hours switch between Pacific Standard (summer) and Mountain Standard (winter).
Holiday Closures
Factor II is closed on all major holidays. When a holiday falls on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, we may also be closed the day before or after in observance. Please note that we often close for the year starting December 24th and may not reopen until the next business day after New Year's — approximately 1–2 weeks. Orders do not ship during this period.
