How to Use Our Website
Welcome to the new Factor II website. This quick guide walks you through the fastest ways to find products, narrow down options by technical specification, and place bulk orders. If you get stuck at any point, contact us and we'll be glad to help.
1. Search for products instantly
Use the search field in the header from any page. Start typing a product name, product code (e.g. A-103), or a keyword like silicone, and suggestions appear as you type — including matching search terms, collections, and individual products with prices and thumbnails. Click a result to jump straight to it.
Press Enter (or choose “Search for…”) to see the full results page, where every matching product is laid out in a grid.
2. Narrow down with filters
Open any collection (for example, Silicones) and use the filters to find exactly the right material. Beyond the basics, you can refine by detailed technical specifications — durometer (Shore A / 00), viscosity, cure option, work time, tensile and tear strength, brand, availability, and more.
Combine filters to compare options side by side. Active filters show as removable chips at the top, along with the number of matching products, so you always know what you’re looking at. Use Remove all to start over.
3. Order in bulk with the Quick Order Form
Need to order several products at once? Use the Bulk Order page. Search by SKU or product name, filter by product type, then set quantities right in the table — no need to open each product page. Products with multiple variants can be expanded inline, and a running summary at the bottom lets you add everything to your cart in one step.
Some hazardous materials are marked with an Affidavit badge — these require a signed compliance affidavit before they can ship. For large quantities, use the Request a Quote option for volume and bulk pricing.
Need technical documents or help?
Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and technical sheets are linked on each product page and collected on our SDS & Tech Sheets page. For anything else, our Help page and Contact form are here for you.
