564 Extrinsic Sealing Kit (A-564 / TS-564 / MD-564)

The 564 Extrinsic Sealing Kit is a complete system designed for sealing and protecting extrinsic coloration on silicone prosthetics. This three-part kit provides strong adhesion, controlled sealing, and final surface refinement, ensuring a durable and natural-looking finish.

At the core of the system is A-564, a one-part acetoxy silicone elastomer with low viscosity and high adhesion, specifically formulated to bond silicone to silicone. It offers a low durometer (28) and high tear strength (100 ppi) for flexible yet durable performance.

TS-564 is a diluted version of A-564, allowing for easier application over painted surfaces, while MD-564 serves as a final wash to reduce unwanted gloss and restore a more natural appearance.
