The 564-KIT-NFS Extrinsic Sealing Kit is a non-flammable version of the standard 564 system, designed for sealing and protecting extrinsic coloration on silicone prosthetics while helping avoid hazardous shipping restrictions, especially for international orders.

At the core of the system is A-564, a one-part acetoxy silicone elastomer known for its exceptional adhesion and cohesive strength, allowing for reliable silicone-to-silicone bonding. It features low viscosity, low durometer (28), and high tear strength (100 ppi) for flexible yet durable performance.

TS-564-NFS is a diluted version of A-564, allowing for smooth application over extrinsic paint layers, while MD-564-NFS serves as a final wash to reduce gloss and restore a more natural surface appearance.
