A-300-1 Thixotropic Agent (“Thixo”)
A-300-1 Thixo is a universal thixotropic additive designed for use with platinum (addition-cure) silicone elastomers. This translucent liquid converts low-viscosity silicones into a non-flowing, anti-slump paste, allowing for precise control during application.
Known for its consistent and reliable performance, A-300-1 not only improves handling but also helps release and reduce trapped air bubbles, resulting in smoother, more defect-free finished parts.
It is especially effective for intrinsic coloration, where control over pigment placement and silicone flow is critical.
