A-340 HS Firm Gel LV (10:1 RTV Silicone Gel)

A-340 HS Firm Gel LV is a two-component, platinum-cure silicone gel formulated as a 100% solids, pure dimethyl system for applications requiring a responsive, high-strength gel with excellent clarity and stability.

This low-viscosity, translucent gel is easy to process and cures at room temperature in ~24 hours, or can be heat accelerated to ~15 minutes at 120°C. Once cured, it develops dimensional stability and non-flowing characteristics similar to a soft elastomer while retaining the compliant feel of a gel.

Processing Notes

• Use a container with at least 4× volume capacity during degassing
