Product Details
Medical Grade RTV Silicone Adhesive (90 g Tube)
This one-part, medical-grade RTV silicone adhesive is designed for creating strong, flexible bonds to silicone, polyester, and a variety of other substrates. It cures at room temperature through exposure to ambient moisture, forming a tough, elastic bond without the need for mixing.
During curing, a small amount of acetic acid vapor is released. Once fully cured, the material becomes a silicone elastomer with properties consistent with other medical-grade silicones. The formulation contains no solvents or plasticizers, ensuring stability and long-term performance.
The adhesive is thixotropic in thin sections for controlled application, while also self-leveling in thicker areas, making it versatile for both detailed and bulk bonding applications.
