Medical Grade RTV Silicone Adhesive (90 g Tube)
This one-part, medical-grade RTV silicone adhesive is designed for creating strong, flexible bonds to silicone, polyester, and a variety of other substrates. The material cures at room temperature upon exposure to ambient moisture, forming a durable, elastic bond.
During cure, the adhesive releases a small amount of acetic acid vapor. Once fully cured, it becomes a silicone elastomer with properties consistent with other medical-grade silicones. The formulation contains no solvents or plasticizers, ensuring stability and performance.
The material exhibits high thixotropy in thin sections for controlled application, while also self-leveling in thicker sections, allowing for versatility in both detailed and bulk applications.
