A-RTV-3040 Silicone Elastomer (Shore A 40, 10:1 RTV)

A-RTV-3040 is a platinum-cure, two-part silicone elastomer with a Shore A 40 durometer, offering a balance of flexibility and strength for a wide range of applications. This 10:1 mix ratio system cures at room temperature to form a translucent, durable elastomer.

The material features a low viscosity, pourable consistency, allowing for easy processing and excellent detail reproduction. It can also be modified with thixotropic agents to achieve a non-sag consistency when required.

A-RTV-3040 provides excellent adhesion to acrylic and various substrates, making it suitable for bonding, casting, and coating applications.
